Baked Ziti


2 Pounds Ricotta Cheese

16 oz shredded mozzarella cheese

2 eggs (beaten)

Parmesan Cheese



Cook 1 ziti (16 oz)

Drain and pour cold water over the pasta. Then add Ricotta mixture and mix well.

Ricotta – Mix Ricotta and 3/4 bag of mozzarella cheese with seasonings (Salt, Italian seasoning, garlic, parsley) & egg (1).

Add ziti and mix well. Put a layer of sauce on the bottom of 9 x 13 pan and then put ziti mixture on top. Add sauce on top of ziti and then rest of the mozzarella cheese on top of that and sprinkle parmesan cheese, oregano, Italian seasoning – cover with foil and bake for 30 min or until hot.
